Description:

 

Automatic Auger Type Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine is a compact model used for filling Dry Syrup Powder in bottles.

 

 

Operation

 

The incoming dry bottle sterilized is fed through the in feed Turn Table with suitably guided on the moving Delran flat conveyor belt at the required speed for feeding. There are two separate filling head mounted on machine top plate in the same line. When bottle reaches to the first filling station, it will be held by the pneumatic bottle holder. Immediately it will be sensed by the bottle sensor as soon as it gets signals from sensor magnetic clutch starts to rotate which is mounted on auger shaft. It will fill the desired amount of powder to the bottle through auger, where rotation time is previously saved in PLC control. After filling of first bottle pneumatic piston goes back and release the first bottle to move on conveyor, By the same time second bottle also moves along with the first bottle in empty condition. In second filling head same operation will be performed but this time second bottle get filled and first bottle moves further for next operation.
The main advantage of this machine is Pneumatic bottle holding system is directly connected with Auger rotation, so till bottle get filled with powder as per set value pneumatic system will not going to release the bottle.

The Automatic High Speed Rotary Monoblock 16x8 Head Dry Syrup Powder Filling & Capping Machine Model SBPFC-16/8 is suitable for Glass, Plastic, PET, HDPE, and LDPE Bottles with maximum speed of 100 Bottles per minute depending on Powder Fill Volume, Type of Powder, Bottle Diameter and Bottle Neck Diameter. Machine in Stainless Steel Finish with heavy duty frame structure with S.S, Cladding. All parts coming in contact with Powders are made from SS 316 Materials and HDPE Funnels. Cap) as well as Screw Cap with the help of change parts. The Bhagwati Make vertical form, fill and seal machine is handles a single reel film stock. Max. Reel Dia. is 530 mm on 76 mm core. The Auger Powder Filling Machine has the facility to be provided with a variety of filling heads. Draw down of the film is through draw down belts controlled through a servo motor. The length of the bag is controlled by print registration system which is PLC based. For unprinted film, the bag length can be adjusted from the single touch key pad provided on the front panel. Operation of the Equipments:

 

Conveyor transfer the bottles on to the start plate which indexes the tubes to the powder wheel where dosing of powder takes place. There are two powders Wheel given for dozing of the powder in the bottles. The powder is stored in a hopper which is agitated by pair of mechanical agitators for maintaining consistency and uniform bulk density.The powder wheel has eight rotating ports which rotate at pre-determined speed below the powder hopper with practically no clearance. The wheel consists of piston in each port, behind which there is vacuum plate again without any clearance with the help of spring pressure. Precise volume of powder is sucked with the help of vacuum, volume defined by the piston length and diameter is dozed in to the tubes while getting index and achieving the position vertically above the tubes
